And also the boiling process during the making of taralli is done by immersion, according to the old tradition.It?s this constant dedication that allowed Fragrantini® to win the Product of the Year Award in the salty snacks category. The product was chosen by 12,000 Italian customers who preferred it to other competitors. The award is the result of a new recipe, which took two years of work.
