Melegatti, the traditional brand of Italian bakery, presents its new layered Croissants.The line has a highly identifying pack, which incorporates the historical symbols and colors of the brand, in a fresher version. The recipe has been developed with selected ingredients; in fact, in addition to the original Melegatti Mother Yeast, we use fresh Italian free-range eggs and certified Italian honey.The result is a croissant with an unmistakable layered, flaky texture, enriched with a characteristic browning on the surface.Six flavors available: classic with the addition of sugar crystals, apricot, chocolate, cherry, custard cream and pistachio.We have then added an innovative cocoa recipe for a product with a round taste and a dark and gluttonous color, which stand out from the classic proposals. Two fillings match perfectly with this innovative dough: delicate milk cream and tasty berries jam.
